Wishes or intentions are the starting point of every dream. In making a wish, you will access the creative power of manifestation, which fulfils any need, whether for health, happiness or love. A wish can't become a reality unless you acknowledge it. Only when you express your intention or wish into the depths of your subconsciousness or consciousness can it evolve and flourish.
Mindfulness and meditation practice are not limited to daytime hours. Being awake is not necessary at all. Nighttime meditations have been practised for thousands of years to help shed light on the darkest parts of our unconscious and, in the process, enlighten us.
